ORDER:

This appeal arises out of Judgment and decree dated 10-4-2014 in O.S.No.42 of 2009 on the file of the learned I Additional District Judge, East Godavari District at Rajahmundry. At the instance of the Court, both the parties have settled the dispute. As per the settlement, the appellants have paid a sum of Rs.1,50,000/- to the respondent as full and final settlement of her claim through four demand drafts which were handed over by Mr. I. Nagesh, learned Counsel appearing for Mr. Ch. Dhanamjaya, Counsel for the appellants, to Mr. T.V.S. Prabhakar Rao, learned Counsel for the respondent.

The learned Counsel for the respondent submitted that in view of the settlement of the dispute, the appeal may be allowed and the decree under appeal set aside.

In the light of the above submission, the decree dated 10-4-2014 in

O.S.No.42 of 2009 on the file of the learned I Additional District Judge, East Godavari District at Rajahmundry, is set-aside and the appeal is accordingly allowed.

As a sequel to the disposal of the appeal, ASMP No.1560 of 2014 is disposed of as infructuous.
