THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.6399 of 2016 ORDER:
Petitioner's grievance is that petitioner's licence to sell milk in milk stall situated at Renigunta railway station plat form No.1, which expired on 14-02-2016 was not being extended; that petitioner had made a representation dt.08-02-2016 to the 3rd respondent seeking extension of the said licence; but the 3rd respondent is not passing any order on the said representation.

Sri Prabhakar Peri, learned counsel appearing for respondents states that the 3rd respondent will consider petitioner's representation within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the same to petitioner.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dt.08-02-2016 within four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner. No costs.
4. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
