When this Court pointed out that seizure involved not only black jaggery but also 01 Kg., of dry ganja, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to challenge the proceedings under N.D.P.S Act. 2.

Permission, as sought for, is accorded.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to challenge the proceedings before appropriate Forum. There shall be no order as to costs.
