THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.9404 OF 2017 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the registration of crime No.36 of 2017 by the second respondent pursuant to the reference to the case by the concerned Court on the complaint made by the third respondent. Since the case is referred to the police for investigation, this Court cannot interdict the investigation, but the second respondent shall follow due process of law while investigating the crime including Section 41-A of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
