Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents.

The present writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondents 2 and 3 to receive protest application from him objecting to registration of a document in respect of certain land. Neither the vendee nor the vendor of the said document is made party to this

writ petition. Even though the petitioner claims interest over the same land and if he is not a party to the said document, he has no right to seek such a direction from this Court. If the petitioner is aggrieved, he can approach civil court for appropriate remedy.

For these reasons, the writ petition is dismissed along with miscellaneous applications, if any. No order as to costs.
