THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION NO.12414 OF 2011 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the cancellation of lease granted in favour of the petitioner vide proceedings, dated 09-03-2011.

This Court, vide order, dated 27-04-2011, suspended the said order. A perusal of the lease deed shows that the lease was granted for the period from 01-04-2010 to 31-03-2013. Since the lease period itself expired, no further orders are required to be passed in this writ petition.
