O R D E R

This Contempt Case is filed alleging the violation of orders dated 26.09.2013 passed in W.P.No.30162 of 2012 where this Court directed the respondents 1 and 2 to duly examine, consider and pass appropriate orders or take necessary action, in accordance with law, on the representation of the petitioner dated 16.07.2012, and reminder dated 14.08.2012, after notice to and giving every reasonable opportunity of making a representation and having hearing to the petitioner and the 3rd respondent, as expeditiously as possible. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Sri P.Keshava Rao appearing for respondents produced proceedings dated 19.09.2013 wherein it is stated that as per the directions of this Court, the case of the petitioner was considered and an order was passed.

As such, the order has been complied with and the same is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner. In view of the above, I do not see any contempt committed by the respondents. Hence, the contempt case is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
