THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CRIMINAL PETITION No. 10159 OF 2018 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, by the petitioner - accused No.2 viz., Naidu Gopi, to quash the proceedings against him in Crime No.135 of 2018 dated 15.09.2018 of Pusapatrega Police Station, Vizianagaram District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 270 and 273 of Indian Penal Code, 1860, and Section 59 (2) of Food Safety Standard Act, 2006.

2. At the hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Public Prosecutor (A.P.) appearing for the respondent have agreed that the issues raised in this criminal petition have been extensively dealt with and adjudicated by this Court by its common order dated 28-06-2018 in Criminal Petition No.81 of 2018 and batch and that the said order would govern this case as well.

3. In the light of the above, this Criminal Petition is disposed of in terms of the aforementioned common order of this Court with the direction that the reasons contained therein shall form part of this order and the Registry is directed to annex a copy of the said common order to this order.
