THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI CONTEMPT CASE No.874 OF 2012 ORDER:

It is an application filed under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, alleging wilful disobedience of the orders dated 07.02.2012 passed by this Court in W.P.M.P.No.3617 of 2012 in W.P.No.2880 of 2012.

2. While admitting the Writ Petition, this Court in W.P.M.P.No.3617 of 2012 in W.P.No.2880 of 2012 passed the following order on 07.02.2012: "The respondents are directed to implement the orders passed by this Court in W.P.Nos.8788 & 19644 of 2001, dated 23.12.2011 as early as possible and file counter affidavit within a period of three months from today.

Post the matter after six weeks."

3. During the course of hearing, it is brought to the notice of this Court that subsequently this Court by way of an order dated 20.02.2015 closed the Writ Petition taking into consideration the order of rejection passed by the respondents on 03.08.2013. This Court in the above said final order also made it clear that it is open to the petitioner to take steps against the order dated 03.08.2013 in accordance with law.

4. In view of the above said order passed by this Court and the order of rejection passed by the respondent on 03.08.2013, this Court is of the considered opinion that nothing survives in the Contempt Case for adjudication.

5. In view of the above reasons, Contempt Case is dismissed, keeping it open to the

petitioner to proceed in accordance with the final orders passed by this Court on 20.02.2015 in W.P.No.2880 of 2015.

6. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in the Contempt Case shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs. __________________ A.V.SESHA SAI, J 04.03.2016 SS
