The case of the petitioner is that she was assigned land to an extent of Ac.1-11 guntas in Sy.No.530 KK of Jaggamguda Village, Shameerpet Mandal, Medchal District under D-patta No.B/395/92 by the 3rd respondent and petitioner is in possession of the same till today. Subsequently, petitioner submitted several representations to the 3rd respondent on 24.02.2014, 19.11.2016 and finally on 25.01.2017 for mutation of her name in the revenue records and for issuance of pattadar passbook and title deed. As no action has been taken, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

In view of the above facts and circumstances, without expressing any opinion on merits, the 3rd respondent is directed to dispose of the representation made by the petitioner in accordance with law.
