This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner-accused No.1 under Sections 437 and 439 Cr.P.C. seeking to grant bail to him in Crime No.164 of 2015 on the file of Bommuru Police Station, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 8(c ) r/w 20(b)(ii)(C) of NDPS Act.

Heard and perused the material available on record. It is alleged that A1 stored 375 kgs of ganja in his shop. Since the ganja found in the above crime is commercial quantity, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
