This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.) by the petitionerAccused No.3 to quash the proceedings against him in Crime No.462 of 2022 pending on the file of Station House Officer, Musheerabad Police Station, llyderabad. The offences alleged against him are under Section B(c) read with 20(b)(ii)(B) of NDPS Act, 1985,
2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent No.1 - State. Perused the record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though he was in custody of the police. this case was falsely filed against him. To prove his claim, google maps are also filed.
