THE HON'BLE JUSTICE G.SRI DEVI Criminal Petition No.10163 of 2018 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/A.1 seeking to quash the proceedings in crime No.351 of 2017 of Subedari Police Station, Warangal, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420 and 506 of IPC.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that after due investigation into the crime, Police have filed charge sheet before the competent Court and the same was numbered as C.C.No.1340 of 2018 on the file of the IV Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Warangal.

3. In view of the same, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order.
