The grievance of the petitioner is against assignment of appropriate placement in the seniority list. In response to the objections called for vide proceedings dated 31.01.2017 petitioner filed his objection on 15.02.2017. Alleging inaction on the said objections, this writ petition is filed.

Since petitioner claims that he raised objection against assignment in the seniority list communicated to him, vide proceedings dated 31.01.2017, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition and keep the writ petition pending. 4.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the Chief Executive Officer, District Co-operative Central Bank Limited, Vizianagaram, (3rd respondent) to examine the grievance of the petitioner as agitated in his representation/objection dated 15.02.2017, if the same is received and pending and pass appropriate orders as warranted by law, within a period of two (2) months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
