THE HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER CRIMINAL PETITION No.1920 of 2014 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner-A.1 to quash the proceedings against him in Crime No.111 of 2014 of Rajendranagar Police Station, Cyberabad District, registered for the offences under Sections 448 and 427 I.P.C.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner-A.1, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor representing the respondent-State and perused the record.

As per the material on record, the matter requires investigation with regard to the innocence of the petitioner-A.1 or otherwise of the allegations made in the first information report or whether the subsequent investigation do constitute the offences under Sections 448 and 427 I.P.C. There is stay of investigation in this case by this Court, vide orders dated 11.03.2014. There are no circumstances to stay the investigation further. The investigation can go on without arresting the petitioner-A.1. Under these circumstances, the investigating officer is directed to complete the investigation and file final report with regard to the innocence or otherwise of the petitioner-A.1 without arresting the petitioner-A.1.

With the above direction, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
