The petitioner moved the WPMP.No.17211 of 2015 seeking permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file the writ petition in an appropriate forum.

For the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the miscellaneous petition, the petition is allowed. Consequently, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought for. No costs.

The other miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
