For the reasons submitted by learned counsel for petitioner, learned X Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Secunderabad is directed to dispose of C.C.No.1100 of 2011 on merits expeditiously preferably within six(6) months from the date of this order. Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is disposed of. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
