The case of the petitioner is that his son is mentally retarded with 100% disability and presently the petitioner is working at M.V.S.Government Degree College, Mahabubnagar, Mahaboobnagar District and his son is being treated at Hyderabad. It became difficult for his son to get treatment at Hyderabad as the petitioner is working at Mahaboobnagar, as such he made representations on 18-06-2017, 28-06-2017 and on 02-08-2017 for transferring the petitioner on duty basis to any Government Decree College surrounding L.B.Nagar for getting treatment of his son. As no orders are passed, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Higher Education.

In view of the above facts and circumstances, the 1st respondent is directed to consider the representations of the petitioner and take decision and said exercise shall be done within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
