This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.601 of 2008 on the file of the Court of the II Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Visakhapatnam. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal petition. Permission is granted.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
