HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.13604 of 2017 O R D E R:

This writ petition is filed by the petitioner challenging the involvement of the 2nd respondent in civil disputes.

2. Since the allegation relates to the action of the 2nd respondent in excess of his authority, liberty is given to the petitioner to give a complaint to the concerned Deputy Commissioner of Police against the high handed action of the 2nd respondent and on receipt of the said complaint, the concerned Deputy Commissioner of Police, shall take action against the 2nd respondent, in accordance with law.

3. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand dismissed in consequence.
