Sri T.P.Acharya, learned counsel for the petitioners, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the criminal petition with a liberty to move appropriate application for discharge before the concerned court.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn giving liberty to the petitioner to move appropriate application for discharge of the petitioners before the competent court.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
