This contempt case is filed alleging violation of the order dated 10-09-2014 in W.P.No.26524 of 2014 whereby and whereunder the respondents therein directed to supply stocks to the petitioner's fair price shop.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Civil Supplies stated that the order dated 10-09-2014 in the writ petition has been complied with by the respondent authorities and nothing further remains to be adjudicated in the contempt case, which is not disputed or denied by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
