ORDER
It is submitted by both the learned counsel that the issue raised in this writ petition is squarely covered by the judgment of this Court in W.P.No.39888 of 2015, dated 9.12.2015.
In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of following the decision of this Court in W.P.No.39888 of 2015, dated 9.12.2015 with a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider for release of the seized vehicle. Since the petitioner has already submitted application to 2nd respondent on 24.06.2017, he is directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders as per G.O.Ms.No.3, Industries and Commerce (Mines) Department, dated 8.1.2015 as amended by G.O.Ms.No.15, Industries & Commerce (Mines.I) Department, dated 19.2.2015 for release of the seized vehicle within a period of three days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
