THE HON'BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE SRI KALYAN JYOTI SENGUPTA AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.10082 of 2015 Order: (per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Sri Kalyan Jyoti Sengupta) Learned counsel for the petitioners fairly submits that this action may not be maintained right now. However, he wants a direction for expeditious disposal of the

matter, which is said to have been filed before the appropriate Court challenging the impugned award.

In view of the fair stand taken by the learned lawyer for the petitioners, we observe that the learned Court below would hear out the matter expeditiously, preferably within a period of two months from the date of communication of this order.

The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
