This Tr.CMP. is filed seeking transfer of FCOP.No.2457 of 2016 on the file of the Judge, Family Court-cum-XVI Additional District Judge, R.R. District at Malkajgiri to the Court of Judge, Family Court, Sangareddy.

This application is not opposed by the counsel for the respondent.

Accordingly, this Tr.CMP. is allowed transferring the FCOP.No.2457 of 2016 from the file of the Judge, Family Court-cum-XVI Additional District Judge, R.R. District at Malkajgiri to the file of Judge, Family Court, Sangareddy. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
