This revision petition is filed by the petitioner under Article 227 of the Constitution of India seeking a direction to the court of Family Court, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, to dispose of petition in O.P.No.362 of 2014 filed under Section 12(1)(c) and (d) of Hindu Marriage Act as early as possible.

No representation on behalf of the petitioner on 19.01.2017. Therefore, the matter was directed to be listed today under the caption 'for dismissal'. Inspite of the matter being listed under the said caption, today also there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. It seems that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter.
