'10- 1- 1/A, Fateh Nagar, Hyderabad- 500018, by causing obstruction to the ingress and aggress to the Petitioners shop is in violation of Principles of Natural Justice and violation of Articles 14, 21 and 19 (1) (g) of Constitution of lndia and consequently direct the Respondents not to make any constructions by way of obstructing the ingress and aggress to the Petitioners shop for the subject land.

THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE K.SARATH WRIT PETITION No.46324 OF 2022 ORDER:
Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that in para No.4 of the counter hled by the respondents it is stated that the proposal to shift the transformer is dropped, and thereby, cause of action does not survive and no further orders required to be passed in this matter.
2. Recording the aforementioned submission, this writ petition is closed. The petitioner is at liberty to question if the respondents takes any adverse action in future. No order as to costs.
3. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
