THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM CONTEMPT CASE No.849 of 2016 ORDER:

This contempt case is filed alleging the willful disobedience of the order dated 03.03.2016, passed by this Court in W.P.No.6995 of 2016.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that after filing of the Contempt Case, the respondent authorities have opened the seal of the Shop / Adda No.89 situated at Yadagirigutta Temple and handed over the possession to the petitioner and he is able to carry on the business.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and accepting the explanation given by the respondent, in the contempt case, the contempt case is closed. However, making it clear that any future violation of the order in the Writ Petition, the petitioner shall be at liberty to initiate fresh contempt case in the event of any violation. Petitioner shall continue to pay the lease rentals as per the norms without fail. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Contempt Case shall stand closed. No costs.
