This criminal petition is filed under Section 483 (1) (b) r/w.528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short 'BNSS') by the petitioners/A.1 to A.6 seeking relaxation of condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.424 of 2025 by the IIIAdditional District and Sessions Judge, Mahabubnagar. The trial Court vide order dated 28.10.2025 while granting bail, imposed certain conditions and one of the condition is that
- 2 - petitioners have to appear before the SHO, Chinna Chinthakunta Police Station on every Monday between 10.00 A.M to 5.00 P.M., for a period of two months or till filing of charge sheet whichever is earlier.

Heard Sri G.Bandaiah, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri D.Arun Kumar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

The contention of learned counsel for the petitioners is that petitioners are residing at Kishanbagh, Bahadurpura, Hyderabad and working on daily wage basis and other petty works and eking out their livelihood. As such, they are unable to attend the concerned Police Station as directed by the trial Court. Hence, prayed to relax the said condition. 4.
On the other hand, learned Additional Public Prosecutor opposed for relaxation of condition and prayed to dismiss this petition.

Considering the submissions made by both counsel and a perusal of material on record, the condition imposed by the trial Court by order dated 28.10.2025 in Crl.M.P.No.424 of 2025 is hereby relaxed and the petitioners are directed to appear before
- 3 - the concerned Station House Officer, as and when their presence is required. All other conditions shall remain unaltered.

With the above direction, this Criminal Petition is disposed of.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
