THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE K.C.BHANU CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.3940 OF 2014 ORDER:- When the matter had come up on 10.4.2015, none appeared for the petitioners and there was no representation on their behalf, and therefore, the matter was posted under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today also, when the matter has come up for hearing, none appears for the petitioners and there is no representation on their behalf. Therefore, the petitioners are not evincing any interest in prosecuting their case.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for default. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Civil Revision Petition shall stand closed.
