Perused the contents of the affidavit filed in support of the petition.

Having considered the grounds urged and the submissions made, the time granted by this Court to the petitioner/accused No.18 to surrender before the Station House Officer, Keesara Police Station, Rachakonda Commissionerate vide order dated 28.11.2025, is further extended directing the petitioner/accused No.18 to surrender before the Station House Officer, Keesara Police Station, Rachakonda Commissionerate on or before 29.01.2026.

In view thereof, this Interlocutory Application is allowed.
