Sri G.Narender Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for 2nd respondent submits that the 2nd respondent Gram Panchayat is upgraded as Municipality and that the petitioner has to implead the concerned Municipality.

But, the learned counsel for the petitioners filed letter dated 13.11.2019, in the registry, seeking permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Interim Order, if any, granted earlier by this Court stands vacated. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
