This revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the orders dated 15.11.2016 passed in O.S.No.65 of 2005 on the file of V Additional District Court, Tirupathi.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the purpose of filing the revision petition became infructuous.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
