Heard.

2. Petitioner states that she has given a complaint, Ex.P1, dated 02.02.2015 alleging fabrication of documents, cheating, and criminal conspiracy against five individuals named in the said complaint to grab the property of M/s.The Rajaka Technicians Industrial Cooperative Society Limited. Alleging inaction on the part of respondent Nos.4 and 5, the present writ petition is filed.

3. Instructions of the learned Government Pleader, however, show that no such complaint is found on the record of respondent No.4 as on 16.03.2015 and it is stated that if any complaint filed by anyone is received, they will take appropriate action.

4. In view of that, since the petitioner does not have any acknowledgment of the complaint Ex.P1 said to have been filed, no further orders can be passed in this writ petition. However, petitioner is at liberty to make appropriate complaint by approaching respondent No.4 and, if such a complaint is made, respondent No.4 shall examine the same and take appropriate action in accordance with law.

With the above direction, writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
