When the case was called on 05.02.2018, learned counsel for the petitioners was absent and there was no representation. Today, when the case is called, again learned counsel for the petitioner is absent and there is no representation.

In the circumstances, the writ petition is dismissed for default/non-prosecution. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this writ petition, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
