THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.41095 OF 2015 O R D E R :

Having regard to the law declared in Radhey Shyam and another v. Chhabi Nath and others that judicial orders of civil Courts are not amenable to Article 226 of the Constitution of India and the High Courts cannot entertain such issues, I am of the opinion that this Writ Petition is not maintainable since in affect the petitioner is seeking direction in respect of property which is subject matter of O.S.No.58 of 2012 on the file of Junior Civil Judge, Kuppam, Chittoor District. Therefore, this Writ Petition is dismissed as not maintainable. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
