HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY CONTEMPT CASE No.2648 of 2018 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging violation of interim orders passed by this Court in I.A.No.1 of 2018 in WP.No.9169 of 2018, dated 20-03-2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in pursuance to the interim orders passed by this Court, the petitioners participated in the selection process. Heard Sri Zakir Ali Danish, learned Standing Counsel for respondents.

In view of the same, I do not see any violation of orders passed by this Court.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed leaving it open to the petitioners to avail other remedies if they are so aggrieved. As a sequel to the disposal of this case, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending shall stand closed.
