BALAYOGI WRI T PETI TI ON No.12009 of 2017 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) The petitioner is the unsuccessful applicant in O.A.No.663 of 2017 on the file of the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad. By order dated 15.03.2017, the Tribunal dismissed the said O.A. being of the opinion that the petitioner would first have to avail the statutory remedy of appeal. We find no reason to interfere with the order under challenge as the petitioner seems to have a grievance with regard to declaration of the third and fourth respondents as seniors to him but he did not choose to raise any objection to the seniority list and straightaway filed the O.A. challenging their promotion basing on the seniority afforded to them which remains unchallenged by the petitioner till date.

We therefore confirm the order passed by the Tribunal leaving it open to the petitioner to invoke appropriate remedies available to him in law, as advised.
