THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.22580 of 2017 ORDER:

This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, came to be filed seeking to declare the action of the third respondent in not registering FIR in pursuance to the report lodged by the petitioner on 25.05.2017 against the fourth respondent, as illegal and arbitrary.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on instructions, submits that pursuant to the report lodged by the petitioner, a case in crime No.163 of 2017 of Naidupet Police Station, SPSR Nellore District, was registered on 18.07.2017 against R-4 and others for the offences punishable under Sections 143, 323, 506 read with 149 of Indian Penal Code and Section 3 (1) (r) (s) (z) of SCs & STs (POA) Act. In view of the said submission, the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed.

Hence, the Writ Petition is closed.

Miscellaneous petitions pending in this writ petition, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
