I.A.No. 1 of 2019 has been taken out to permit the petitioner to withdraw the Company Petition with liberty to pursue remedies available to it under law.

For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, I.A.No. 1 of 2019 is allowed. Consequently, the Company Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to pursue the remedies available under law.

Consequently, the miscellaneous Applications, if any shall stand closed.
