Counsel for petitioner submits that the subject matter of the instant writ petition is squarely covered by the order dated 18-12-2015 in W.P.No.32614 of 2015 and the same may be disposed of on the same lines.

In view of the same, this writ petition is allowed in terms of W.P.No.32614 of 2015 dated 18-12-2015. There shall be no order as to costs.
