Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to challenge the regularization order dated 01.07.2009. Permission as sought for is accorded.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn giving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the regularization order dated 01.07.2009, if he is so aggrieved. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
