Sri S.R.Sanku, learned counsel for the petitioners, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition.

Recording the said submission, Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, granting liberty to take appropriate legal remedies available, including filing of civil suits. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions filed in this Writ Petition, if any, shall also stand dismissed.
