THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.16833 OF 2016 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed with the prayer, which reads as under:

"... to issue writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus by declaring that the inaction of the respondents in furnishing the copy of the award bearing number 2 of 2016 dated 14-032016 in RC. No. 48 of 2015 (SDT) of Gudpadu Kandrika Village, Chintalapudi Mandal declaring that not furnishing the award copy to the petitioners/land owners as illegal, arbitrary, violation of principles of natural Justice and unconstitutional and direct the respondents to serve the copy of award bearing number 2 of 2016 dated 14-03-2016 in RC. No. 48 of 2015 (SDT) and pass such other order or orders as this Honorable Court deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Land Acquisition.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Land Acquisition submitted that the Award is served on the petitioners and produced photostat copies of the acknowledgements said to have been signed by the petitioners, but the said acknowledgements pertain to

award notice. He has also produced a copy of the Award approved by the Special Collector (Land Acquisition), Polavaram Irrigation Project, Rajamahendravaram, on 14.03.2016.

In view of the same, respondent No.3 is directed to communicate a copy of the aforesaid Award passed by him to the petitioners within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Subject to the above, the Writ Petition is disposed o f. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed. No costs.
