HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.42673 of 2016 ORDER:

The present writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking to declare the action of the 2nd respondent in not considering the representation, dated 09.11.2016, made by the petitioner, and not taking action for providing protection for erection of roof top poles on Door No.14-117, Durga Kailasa Nagar, Kailasapuram, Visakhapatnam. Heard and perused the material available on record. The case of the petitioner is that it is a Network Provider company and in the process of providing continuous network to its service providers, the Aircel Company, has identified the above said premises, and when the technicians of the petitioner company went to the said site in routine checkup and for upgrading same, the locality people have started interfering and stopped the work. Therefore, the petitioner made a representation on 09.11.

2016 to the Station House Officer, Kancherpalem Police Station, Viskahaptana - 3rd respondent, for arranging police protection at the above said site while the installation of the equipment by the petitioner. But, the 3rd respondent is not passing any orders on the said representation. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the grievance of the petitioner, the 3rd respondent is directed to consider the representation, dated 09.11.2016, made by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. ______________ RAJA ELANGO, J December 08, 2016.
