I.A.No.1 of 2018 is also filed seeking permission to withdraw the appeal.

Permission is accorded and I.A.No.1 of 2018 is ordered. The appeal is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
