THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE R. SUBHASH REDDY AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.2303 OF 2015 ORDER: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice R. Subhash Reddy) This revision petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed seeking to direct V Additional District and Sessions Judge, Karimnagar, to dispose of O.P.No.554 of 2014 pending on his file expeditiously. The aforesaid O.P., under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, is filed in November, 2014. Hence, it cannot be said that there is inordinate delay in disposing of the said O.P.. Keeping it open to the petitioners to make a request to the Court below for early disposal of the said O.P., the revision petition is disposed of. We are sure that if any such request is made by the petitioners, the Court below will consider the same.
