This civil revision petition arises out of order dated 11-09-2017 in I.A.No. 509 of 2016 in O.S.No. 353 of 2007 on the file of the Court of Principal Junior Civil Judge, Yellamanchili. 2.

At the hearing, Sri P.Rajasekhar, learned counsel for the petitioner, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the civil revision petition.

The civil revision petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.
