The petitioner complains against the changes made to Sy.No.731/ 2 in an extent of Ac.4.95 cents of Singareddypalle Village, Penagaluru Mandal, YSR Kadapa District, in the present writ petition.

2. Mr. A. Giridhar Rao, relies upon the copies of the revenue records containing the name of petitioner herein and complains against deletion, firstly, as contrary to the procedure stipulated by law and also the instructions of the Government issued through the Circular No.1/ CMRO-3/ 441/ 2013 dated 18.08.2014.

3. After perusing the copies on which the petitioner is relying upon and also the instructions of the Government, this court is of the view that at the first instance, the grievance can be canvassed before the 4th respondent, by enclosing a copy of this order and also the instructions of the Government referred to above and this court has no reason to doubt that the Revenue Divisional Officer, Rajampet, will enquire into the matter and take a decision in accordance with law, by permitting the petitioner to represent as stated above.

4. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of. No order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous petitions if any in this writ petition shall stand dismissed in consequence.
