ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order, dated 27.12.2013, in W.P.No.32453 of 2011. At the hearing, there is no representation for the petitioners. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue (AP), on instructions, submitted that as held out in the counter-affidavit filed by respondent No.3, plots were allotted to all the petitioners in survey No.812 of Madakalavaripalli Village on 22.01.2015. As the learned counsel for the petitioners is absent to controvert this statement, the Contempt Case is closed.
